Executive Chef & antiques nut Jean Pierre Chevalier opened antique classifieds in the spring of 2008, with a vision of creating the webs finest and least expensive antique shopping experience. Trained at The Culinary Institute of antiques & foods extremio , The International School of Confectionary Delight & design, and the AntiquesNut School of fine eating & antique shopping, Chevalier infuses every dish he creates with his extensive knowledge and passion for perfection. Chef Chevalier started his career as a Chef & antiques shopper for the "La Rue Debris", a well reviewed restaurant & antiques shop located in Avignon in southern France. Once word of his tasty signature dishes and unique antique finds got out, offers from many well known restaurants & interior designers   landed on Chef Chevalier's plate. Although he had an affinity for the "La Rue Debris", Chef Chevalier knew that greater challenges and opportunities awaited him in the fascinating world of international antique hunting.

In 1998, Chef Chevalier began a career as head chef for the Blue Armoire Bistro. He was given room to experiment, and created quite an eclectic menu & antiques inventory. However, he never lost sight of his passion for free classified ads.
